Ho Hum @ Tower Grove Park

Hash Trash:

Circle started in one of the many quaint and fluid stained pavilions in
Tower Grove Park.

While most intelligent people were either pool side, inside, or otherwise
out of the out-of-doors, a hardy group of idiots, er I mean hashers was
listening to a beach attired, undersexed, and over-served hare.

In deference to the heat, Ho-Hum gave an abbreviated chalk talk.  In hind
sight, that may have been a mistake since the virgins and visitors nearly
outnumbered the Big Hump, and as the evening wore on, would prove to be
prophetic.

A hastily laid, live trail was thrown down, meandering through the beautiful
neighborhoods surrounding Tower Grove.

Ho-Hum was as good as his word, proving you can trust a Hare, and a beach
party awaited the thirsty and hot pack.  A special thanks to Just Leo for
entrusting his beautiful, salt water pool to the likes of the Big Hump.

It was at this point that the evening took many different turns.  The
majority of the pack was waylaid by a mysterious chick check, that rumor has
it, backtracked on the previous trail.  After much deliberation, and
assessment, the pack decided to zen back to circle, leaving a lonely and
frustrated hare, nearly alone at the second beer stop. 

Texts were exchanged, plans rearranged, and a posse of hashers was sent to
retrieve the confused and frustrated hare, from his lonely post.  The
remaining hashers, carried on bravely, drinking beer, telling stories,
berating the hare(in the  most sincere and kind words) until his return.

It was at this point that the evening took a turn for the worse.  Meta
Arsehole relinquished his RA duties to  Wet Dream.  BZW led the hashers on a
twisted and trail blazing circle, penning new lyrics to old favorites, and
inventing new policy and procedure.

Ho-Hum was awarded hash shit for his shitty trail and dot laying, many down
down's were drunk, and we celebrated Lizzardo's return and subsequent
departure for a record, and at this point, irrelevant number of times.

All and all, just another shitty trail.

On a serious note, the evening did involve a tragic event.  Please keep Shot
By a Whore in your thoughts.  Special thanks to Just
Kyle, Bozo's Wet Dream, and Popeye's Other Bitch for trying so hard to assist
'Karma'.  Your loss is shared and felt by all who were there, and for that
we are all truly sorry and sad.


 

Directions:

Start: Tower Grove Park, 1st pavilion on your left from the Grand entrance.

What should you expect: Beach Party!!! It's only one week until we'll be floating down the river at Bungle in the Jungle. Since this trail will include lots of water as well, please wear your best looking swimwear (bikinis on the harriettes is preferable!) Your best beach outfit is highly encouraged. Who knows what surprises you'll find on trail...
