We're going to do a Polar Bear Plunge after the circle. So, bring something to jump in the lake with (I'd suggest river shoes) & bring lots of warm dry clothes.

The trail will start at Carondelet Park near the boat house. Park on the side of the road in the park. It's not near a metro stop and it's not wheel friendly. But directions will be provided to the beer stop.

From 55 Exit at Loughborough go West onto Loughborough. Turn Right on Grand and make your first left into the park. Follow that around to the boat house.

From West County follow the google map directions, there's a million ways to get here. But, probably 270 to 55North will be simplest.
