The year was 1995 and your friend Headlights was 18 years young whilst your friend Locknut was working on how many chicks he was going to score THIS year (insert dramatic eye roll). Because we like Headlights better, we are going to hash in her favorite hangout from back in the day: The Loop.

Now any of you who hung around there back in the day remember getting a coffee at Meshuggah’s back when it was on Mehlville and chitty chatting with your friends on the couch, rolling over to Mi Casa and asking for “the binder” to pick out a bootleg Dead show, grabbing a pack of cloves from HSB, then hanging out at the wall to watch dudes hackey sacking and skateboarding. Literally the funnest days.
