To celebrate, we're going to take you on a little jaunt through downtown to look back on a few local milestones. You'll be shocked to learn that over two feet of snow blanketed the city in January of that year and that the residents of Times Beach were told that their town was poison and that they should leave. As fun as that sounds, there were good times too, like when the Cardinals won a World Series. That never happens! And the first VP Fair took place. Look it up, Elton John dressed like StLPD!
