After much deliberation on the river last week I decided to go back to my roots in Hazelwood to the first disc golf course in Missouri.

Where: White Birch Park in Hazelwood in the far southern corner of the lower tier south of the pool (38.7909608, -90.3827791).

Expect: Hot and Sunny Turkey/Eagle trails with grass and pavements.

Bring: Your latest BH4 prizes for 100, 200, 300, etc…and latest cranium band from BH4 Runs. I’ll bring all of mine with cranium bands.

Pre-lube: Disc golf course (bring discs and small cooler)
