Nobody has written the Hash Trash yet...WHY ARE WE WAITING!?!?!
My Dearest:
Indications are very strong that we shall hash in a few days, perhaps to-morrow or the next.. Lest I should not be able to write you again, I feel impelled to write a few lines, that may fall under your eye when I shall be no more.
Our movement may be one of a few days duration and full of pleasure and it may be one of severe conflict and death to me. Not my will, but thine, O Gispert be done. If it is necessary that I should fall into the tavern for any reason, I am ready. I have no misgivings about, or lack of confidence in, the cause in which I am engaged, and my courage does not halt or falter. I know how strongly America now leans upon the triumph of hashing, and how great a debt we owe to those who went before us through the blood and suffering, and I am willing, perfectly willing to lay down all my joys in this life to help maintain this trail, and to pay that debt.
(blah, blah, blah)

Please join me on Wednesday at Pontiac Square Park to look back on an important event in American History. Trail will be reasonable with a Turkey/Eagle split. We'll enjoy drinks and stories from the battlefield and partake in our own reenactment of Missouri during 1861.
Wear purple or green, depending on which side you're on. We'll break into teams at the BS for some conflict!
Circle up here by the splash pad on 10th: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Pontiac+Square+Park/@38.6052888,-90.2065993,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xfedbf8e13e0364fc?sa=X&ved=1t:2428&ictx=111
