I planned to set a meaningful and thought-provoking trail in honor of this day. A trail that takes you past statues, monuments, and memorials dedicated to remembering those who have given their lives in military service, and that call to mind the sacrifices they made. A trail that, through pavement-pounding, shiggy, tunnels, bridges, and maybe even water crossings, would represent the trials and tribulations experienced by those this holiday honors.

But....I didnt.

Mostly because I'm avoiding cicadas. 😬 So we're doing the next best thing... a bar crawl!
