Nobody has written the Hash Trash yet...WHY ARE WE WAITING!?!?!
No Causes, No Charities, No Religious Reasons.
Harriettes do it ‘round the world.
A brief history of the Global Harriette from the Oregon H3: It started in Goa, India in September, 2002. Intelligent Harriettes escaped the high-density confines of the 102 degree heat and dripping humidity of the 70 idling buses waiting for final directions to 30 jungle run sites. Cooled slightly and lounging in whatever shade was available, Harriettes from: India, Australia, Africa, Russia, Singapore, San Diego, San Fran, SV, Greece, Korea, London, Ireland, Wales etc. talked about having a Harriettes' run and agreed to support the First Global Run- 03-03-03.
AND SO IT CAME TO BE: A run. Local trails. Global humor. Any time of day, convenient to friends and Hashers. On 03-03-03. Virtual or Tangible. "No Causes, No Charities, No Religious Reasons. Harriettes do it ‘round the world."
AND SO IT CONTINUES: Join 2:19 and Dewey in their celebration of harriettes all over the globe. Expect chick checks, a short (but sweet!) trail through midtown St. Louis and a hell of a good time! It's the last one in our lifetime, so we need to make it the best one yet.
Start: Meet at the Gast Haus parking lot, 1740 Chouteau Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63103, look for hashers.
On-After: Trying to work something out with the Gast Haus, since they stop serving food at 9. If we can’t, we’ll probably cranium down to Square One or Sqwires, just a few blocks south.
