5th Annual Big Hump Green Dress Weekend

Schedule of Events & Important Info

 

  • If you have not paid yet – you MUST find Pornogenic IMMEDIATELY!
  • You may need money for certain events, read below.
  • You MUST have a wrist band to enter hotel during parade party hours (hotel guests only)
  • Provide your nerd name to hotel to gain access, if not staying there and don’t have wristband.
  • There will be a board in the hotel lobby OR hospitality suite (Room 208) with updated daily info.

FRIDAY

 

5:00pm - Check in at the Hampton Inn Hashpitality Suite begins ROOM 208 (pick up goodie bag).

 

8:00 – 11:00pm – Party at Dooleys.  Food included if you bought the weekend deal.  Each person needs to pay the bar $15.00 for all they can drink beer (from 8-11).

 

If you didn’t sign up for the weekend deal - $15.00 to bar for beer, $10.00 to Pornogenic for food..

 

SATURDAY

 

9:30am – Michelob Ultra 5 Mile St. Patrick’s day 5 Mile Race  (NON HASH related, but many competitive hashers do this run.  If you have NOT registered, you may do so the day of the race for $20.00 @ 8th & Market Streets.  Find other hashers doing it and join in.

 

12:00pm – St. Louis St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  Walk outside the hotel to see the Parade.  And party with St. Louis strangers.  Cost:  Your own your own.

 

2:00pm – 5th Annual Big Hump Green Dress Run.  Pack away around 2:30ish.  DRESS ACCORDINGLY FOR WEATHER CONDITIONS – CIRCLE COULD BE OUTDOORS.  You will be given a mug at the beginning of trail, hold on to it for all beer stops and circle up, or you will have to drink out of your hands!!!! 

 

We will meet just North of the Hampton Inn @ 2:00pm.  The hotel lobby is on the east end of the building.  North of the hotel is a parking garage.  Go north of the garage and LOOK/LISTEN FOR HASHERS!!! 

 

On After will be at Panama Red’s where we will enjoy beer, food and music from none other than Odor Eater from Chicago H3.  Awards will be given for the best and worst green dress male & female.  Once the beer runs out, party will continue in the hashpitality suite at the Hampton Inn, Room 208.

 

SUNDAY

 

12pm – St. Louis H3 will host our HANGOVER HASH – cost:  FREE

Join us downtown where the St. Louis H3 will take us on another scenic trail of downtown St. Louis.

 

On After will possibly be at Hooters in Union station – Cost:  you pay for what you order.

FRIDAY – Hampton Inn, 2211 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103

This hotel is located near Market & Jefferson streets.

 

Dooley’s – 308 North 8th Street, St. Louis MO

To get there from Hampton Inn:  Go East toward the Arch.  Turn Left onto North 7th Street.  Turn Left onto Locust Street.  Turn Left onto North 8th Street.

 

Green Dress Run – Exit Hotel, go North, look for hashers.

 

Panama Red’s (On After) – 1909 Locust, St. Louis, MO

To get there from Hampton Inn.  Take Market Street East toward the Arch.  Turn Left onto 20th Street.  Turn Right onto Lindell.  Turn Left onto 19th Street.  Turn Left onto Locust Street.

Venue:  Upper Limits Rock Climbing Gym (Union Station area)

 

Note:  Start time is NOON!

 

Directions:

 

The Upper Limits gym is located in downtown St. Louis behind Union Station and the Drury Inn. You will find free parking at the rear of the building at 326 South 21st Street.

Eastbound take I-64 East to exit 38D, the 20th Street at Chestnut exit. Take a right at the first stop light and pass Union Station and the Drury Inn. Take the first right after the Drury Inn on Clark and an immediate left onto 21st Street. You will see the gym straight ahead.

Westbound take I-64 West to exit 39A, the Market Street exit. Take a right at the light then an immediate right onto 21st Street. Follow the road around a curve then take the first right and you will see the gym straight ahead.

From the south take Highway 44 to the Jefferson Street exit headed north, from Jefferson Street turn right on Market Street, turn right onto 21st Street. Follow the the road around a curve then take the first right and you will see the gym straight ahead.

Look for hashers in the rear parking lot underneath the overpass.
