This event is hosted by the Big Hump Hash House Harriers on Friday, March 12, 2010 - Sunday, March 15th, 2010. This year’s event is also the 10th Analversary of the Green Dress Run! Bring us something tin or aluminum.
SCHEDULE
Here is the outline of debauchery and drunken-ness:
Friday, March 12th
2 - 6 pm -- registration and check in at the hash hotel (see below)
-- drinking and debauchery in the hashpitality suite
7 - 11 pm -- pizza and beer social
-- this is an OPTIONAL activity and you must be registered and paid to participate.
-- location is the Shamrock's Pub...about 7 blocks from the GDR hotel ... 1131 South Broadway, 63104. It's an easy walk from the GDR hotel or if you are too lazy, then you can take a cab, but we'll laugh at you.
11 pm -- hashpitality suite re-opens for debauchery
Saturday, March 13th
8:15 am -- FOR THE RACISTS ...meet in lobby of GDR hotel to walk to the start of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade 5 mile race ...race starts at 9 am right in front on the hash hotel, the Hilton.

12 - 1 pm -- St. Pat’s Day Parade

1:30 pm -- meet in front of the Hilton Inn for a short bus ride to the beginning of trail.
NOTE: This will be an A - B trail. We will end at the on-after / party location for drinking, circle, singing, drinking, dancing, eating, drinking, disrobing and general debauchery while drinking. If you want, you can pack a small bag with a change of clothes and/or condoms and leave the bags when trail starts. We will drive all bags to the on-after location for re-claiming.
2:00 pm -- Grope shot will be promptly at 2:00pm
2:15 pm -- Chalk Talk
2:30 pm -- Pack away at 2:30, Hares for this trail are Disco Ass; $5, $5, $5; and Pussy Fart
7 pm -- on-after party
-- will include a hearty, carb-loaded meal

11 pm -- hashpitality suite re-opens for debauchery
Sunday, March 15th
11 am -- hangover hash hosted by the St. Louis Hash House Harriers

Official GDR hotel is Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. We only have 30 rooms in our block and the hotel is pretty much sold out for Saturday night because of the St. Patrick's Day Run & Parade, so if you plan to stay in the hotel, don't wait to make your reservations. Call in number for reservation is 314-421-1776, ask for the Green Dress Run rate of $99 per night.

SATURDAY RACE INFO
For those racist-like wankers, GDR hashers can also participate in the 2010 St. Patrick's Day Parade Race/Run on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 9:00 AM. One of the largest events of its kind in the
Participants may enjoy the post-race hospitality area, WHICH INCLUDES BEER, prior to the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. The starting and finish point of the run is right in front of the GDR hash hotel!! How frikkin' convenient is that?!?!
We are holding 20 race bib numbers for free to the first 20 GDR participants. This is for race number only. If you want a race T-shirt along with your bib number, you must register with the race organizers. Also, our bib numbers do NOT have a chip timer. If you really need to have your official time logged, then you must register with race organizers for a chip timer.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID FOR GDR to get a comped race bib number. Email your Hash name and Nerd name to Ricky's Crab Shack rdungey@charter.net. First 20 will get one...preference may be given to out-of-towners.
Note: this race/run is not part of GDR. They just both happen to be occurring downtown on the same day. Race route and rego can be found here www.irishparade.org/run.
SKITS, SKITS, SKITS
Put those thinking caps on your cranium and come up with a half-minded skit. If you don't, we'll make Ricky's Crab Shack dance around in his Speedo and no one wants to see that. So, we'll do skits Friday and Saturday night at the on-after. Please, be sure to let us know if you plan to do a skit so that we can allot enough time to accommodate everyone. SO....HOW MUCH DOES ALL OF THIS TOMFOOLERY COST?
If you register before Feb. 15th, we'll give you our recession buster pricing. That means before Feb. 15th, not the day after. Checks must be received before Feb. 15th and PayPal payments must be posted by Feb. 15th.
$69 The whole package, the full monty, all 100 yards, the whole enchilade....errr, you get the idea
Afterwards.....Feb. 15th - Feb. 28:
$79 The whole package. Yeah, it'll cost you $10 more but it's still a good deal.
March 1st - March 11:
$89 The whole package. It's going to cost you $20 more but it's a great deal for a whole weekend of fun....but you should have registered when it was cheaper.
March 12th (day of):
$100 The whole package will cost you $100. That's right, I said $100. In cash. I have a counterfeit money pen so don't even think about trying anything funny besides you should have registered weeks ago to get the good deal.
Individual event pricing (a la carte):
$65 Saturday and Sunday trails w/ beer and snacks + Sat on-after dinner and party + hashpitality suite access
$35 Friday night pizza and beer social only
So the best deal is to register for the whole GDR package for $69 before February 15th. Any regos received after March 1 can NOT be guaranteed the requested shirt size, but we’ll do our best.
